When U.S. Refineries Shutdown

US refineries have been closing up shop for spring maintenance and it’s going to be a tight squeeze between facilitating supply and satisfying demand. This year is particularly difficult since, according to a report issued last month by the International Energy Agency, rather than cutting back the customary 2.6%, refineries are expected to cut capacity utilization by about 6%.
