What Lazy Days of Summer

For most of the United States, this past week saw one of the seasonal characteristics of summer- a brutal heat wave. This follows on from the heat wave that gripped Europe a few weeks ago. While most things slow to an easy pace during this weather, the tanker market, refinery operations and those that work in the industry are realizing that there may not be any “lazy days of summer” this year.
