TradeWinds News: ‘Unwelcome news’: tanker uncertainty grows after storm takes out CPC exports

US shipbroker Poten & Partners said the damaged SPM-2 and SPM-3 units remain out. However, SPM-1 was expected to resume operations soon. And Kazakhstan exporter KMG International (KMGI) said limited operations have now restarted.
“Output from the CPC will be significantly curtailed,” Poten’s manager of marine research & consulting, Erik Broekhuizen, said.
