Tradewinds: GasLog Targets LNG Trio

“GasLog of Monaco has inked a contract to acquire three LNG carriers from BG Group affiliate Methane Services Ltd (MSL) for approximately $468m. The company, which hired Poten Capital Services (UK) to serve as its advisor, noted the transaction is subject to definitive documentation but is confident a deal will be sealed by the first or second quarter of 2014.”
