Pipeline Perils

U.S. crude oil supplies have been under scrutiny for several years as foreign imports have been on the rise not only to meet increased demand, but also to make up for declining production. The crude oil market experienced a bit of a shock this week when BP announced that production out of Prudhoe Bay, Alaska would be significantly reduced for pipeline repairs. Download here
