Just Go With The Flow

22 Mar 2019: In last week’s Tanker Opinion, we discussed how projected changes in crude oil balances are expected to impact the outlook for crude oil tankers. This week we focus on refined products and how changes on the downstream side of the business will impact the prospects for product tankers.  The refined product side of the equation tends to be more complicated than the crude oil side and the outlook for product carriers over the next five years reflects this.  While there are several positive trends, other factors create uncertainty.
