El Diario: Asphalt Needed for New Highways

“El Diario reported that there may not be sufficient asphalt in Mexico to meet demand for 2009 road infrastructure projects.  Referring to Poten’s Asphalt Weekly Monitor and currency exchange rates, El Diario reported that the cost of asphalt rose 133% in Mexico over the last year.”
