Commodity consultants Poten and Partners in the final report of its T&T Gas Master Plan prepared for the Ministry of Energy and dated September 2015, estimated that T&T lost US$1.4 billion each year from 2011 to 2013 as a result of the existing LNG marketing arrangements for Train 1.
