Atlantic Bound

A recent Wall Street Journal article indicated that US crude oil imports from Africa surpassed those of the Middle East in 2006, for the first time in over 20 years. The trend has been in place for the better part of the past 18 months. As recently as five years ago Middle East imports were substantially more than those from Africa. Download here
