- Midwest wholesale markets for barges and rail reported March prices that were steady in the reference area and in a wider band in the upper Midwest area. Flux was steady.
- The Midwest rack prices were mostly steady, with only a few modest increases noted this week.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux prices continued at previous levels, with assessments steadfast.
- Gulf Coast asphalt barge and rail pricing firmed this week, with flux wholesale pricing steady.
- The Rockies had modest price increases at racks in a few states, with other areas unchanged.
- Rockies wholesale prices were reported at modestly lower levels for March supply versus February.
- In the West Coast, some Pacific Northwest locations had higher prices. Other areas were flat.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets were status quo.
