  • East Coast asphalt and flux rack prices were mostly unchanged, with assessments stable.
  • Asphalt and flux barge pricing on the East Coast is steady with limited market activity this week.
  • Midwest wholesale markets were mixed, with most holding steady for February and some increasing prices modestly. The selling ranges for barges and rail were unchanged.  The flux range was flat too.
  • The Midwest rack prices were mostly steady, with only one market increasing posted prices this week.
  • Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux pricing was steady with assessments unchanged this week.
  • Gulf Coast asphalt and flux wholesale prices mostly flat, with assessments static or slightly firmer.
  • The Rocky Mountain rack markets softened in a few locations, with other areas unchanged. Activity at racks was sparse.
  • Rockies wholesale prices are assessed higher for February supply this week.
  • In the West Coast, Pacific Northwest prices were flat. Some California locations had higher prices.
  • In western Canada, retail markets were steady, meanwhile, wholesale market prices were higher.
  • Quebec markets were higher this week, but Ontario market price assessments remained unchanged.
  • Oil prices were lower this week for all benchmark grades.
  • The potential US implementation of tariffs on Canada and Mexico next week loom over the oil markets.
