- The Midwest rack prices were mostly steady, with one exception. Winter weather limited activity.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux pricing remains unchanged this week.
- Gulf Coast asphalt and flux wholesale prices mostly steady, with assessments stable or slightly up.
- The Rocky Mountain rack markets had no price changes reported, and activity was very limited.
- Rockies wholesale prices were flat, with January supply committed, and February prices awaited.
- In the West Coast, both Pacific Northwest and California markets prices were unchanged.
