- Midwest wholesale barge and rail asphalt markets trade in slightly narrower ranges for October supply, with October flux prices to be noted next week.
- Midwest posted/reference prices were mostly static, with only a few selling range assessment changes.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux price assessments are all unchanged for the week.
- Gulf Coast asphalt barge and flux barge pricing are steady, with lower asphalt rail pricing this week.
- Rockies rack assessments are flat for this last week of September. Paving activity continues.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale markets were steady this week.
- In the Pacific Northwest, both Washington and California locations had flat pricing this week.
- Western Canada market prices were unchanged for both retail and wholesale markets.
- Both Quebec and Ontario markets had steady prices this week.
- Oil prices were down this week for all benchmark grades.
