- East Coast asphalt rack pricing is mixed depending upon supplier and location, with flux rack prices steady across the region.
- This week’s assessments for asphalt and flux barges on the East Coast are unchanged to start June.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt prices are assessed unchanged for barges and in a narrower range for supply by rail. Roofing flux price ranges widened in some areas on some modest price increases.
- Midwest rack market prices had a few posted/reference price changes, with selling price ranges flat.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux rack prices held steady this week, with assessments unchanged.
- Gulf Coast asphalt and flux barge pricing was flat, with asphalt rail prices also stable for the week.
- Rocky Mountain rack selling prices noted increases in Idaho, decreases in Arizona and other spots.
- Wholesale asphalt prices were steady this week, after jumping higher last week for June material.
- In the West Coast, Pacific Northwest prices were higher and California market prices were lower.
- In western Canada, retail markets were flat but wholesale markets were slightly higher this week.
- In eastern Canada, this week both Quebec and Ontario markets had flat pricing.
- Oil prices were lower for all benchmark grades this week versus the previous week.
