- Midwest rack markets were mostly steady, but a few locations are assessed a bit lower.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux rack prices were steady, with assessments unchanged for the week.
- Gulf Coast asphalt and flux barge pricing is slightly stable, with asphalt rail pricing slightly firmer.
- Rocky Mountain retail prices firmed in some spots but slipped a bit in others.
- Wholesale asphalt markets were steady this week in the Rocky Mountain region.
- In the West Coast, Pacific Northwest locations had higher prices. California locations had flat pricing.
- In western Canada, retail markets were flat. However, wholesale market prices were higher.
- In eastern Canada, Quebec markets were steady, but Ontario markets had lower prices this week.
- Oil prices were higher for all benchmark grades this week versus the previous week.
