  • East Coast retail asphalt prices were steady except for some North Carolina locations. Flux was flat.
  • Wholesale asphalt barge assessments were in broader ranges with higher priced sales reported. Flux barge pricing was steady, with no changes reported.
  • Midwest wholesale markets had some higher priced barge sales, with rail and flux price ranges flat.
  • No changes to Midwest rack prices were noted, as cold and snow stifled activity in much of that region.
  • Gulf Coast asphalt and flux retail price assessments are all steady this week, with modest activity.
  • Asphalt barge price ranges were steady on the Gulf Coast, but some prices were noted at the upper end of the range. Asphalt rail and flux barge prices are also unchanged.
  • Rocky Mountain markets had only a few selling range adjustments, with activity there very limited.
  • Rockies wholesale asphalt prices were in an unchanged range for January supply.
  • In the West Coast, both Pacific Northwest and California markets had no price changes this week.
  • In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets prices were steady for the week.
  • In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets were unchanged versus the previous week.
  • Oil prices were down for all benchmark grades this week.
