- Midwest wholesale prices were steady with markets mostly quiet.
- Rack prices in the Midwest have selling price assessments static. Activity was very limited this week.
- Gulf Coast asphalt and flux rack price assessments were stable for the week, with no assessed moves.
- Asphalt barge pricing on the Gulf Coast eased slightly, with the flux assessment flat this week.
- Rack prices in the Rockies were unchanged and activity was limited due to the Holiday and weather.
- Wholesale asphalt prices were steady in the Rockies region, with December prices not yet reported.
- In West Coast, both Pacific Northwest and California markets had no price changes.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets remained within the previous week’s levels.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets were unchanged versus the previous week.
- Oil prices were mixed. Brent and WCS crude prices were up, while WTI prices were down slightly.
