- Asphalt barge pricing on the Gulf Coast eased, with asphalt rail and flux barge pricing steady.
- Rack prices were mostly steady in the Rocky Mountain region, with activity slowing down.
- Wholesale asphalt prices were flat this week for November supply, with most material committed.
- In the Pacific Northwest, markets had flat prices. California retail market prices were also steady.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets were flat for November material.
