- Midwest rack markets were active on unusually warm weather. Prices were mostly flat. Melting snow and flooding was noted for northern areas of the region, with river levels rising fast.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux price ranges are assessed status quo for the week.
- Wholesale asphalt pricing moved higher on the Gulf Coast, with flux barge prices steady this week.
- Rockies rack markets were mostly steady this week, with only one location price adjustment.
