- Selective Midwest rack markets had cuts to posted/reference prices, with most selling ranges steady.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux price ranges are assessed down in most areas for the week.
- Wholesale asphalt pricing is steady on the Gulf Coast, with flux barge prices moving lower.
- Rockies rack markets had some increases in Idaho, with the rest steady. Snow noted for northern areas of the region.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale prices were unchanged.
- In West Coast, Pacific Northwest and California markets had mixed prices this week.
- Western Canada retail and wholesale prices were unchanged versus the previous week.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets were status quo.
- Oil prices were up notably this week for all benchmark grades, by $3-5 a barrel.
