- Wholesale asphalt and flux prices on the East Coast are static throughout the region.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt prices were mixed, with the assessed range modestly firmer overall for barges and rail. Roofing flux prices remained steady.
- Midwest rack markets noted some posted/reference price reductions and selling range adjustments.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux price ranges are assessed had no reported changes and are steady.
- Wholesale asphalt pricing declined modestly on the Gulf Coast, with flux barge prices unchanged.
- Rockies rack markets were steady, with the paving season not yet underway in earnest.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale prices were a bit lower on less buyer interest from some locations.
- In West Coast, both Pacific Northwest and California markets were steady for March material.
- Western Canada retail and wholesale prices were unchanged versus the previous week.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets were static week.
- Oil prices were up notably this week for all benchmark grades, by $4-6 a barrel.
