- Wholesale asphalt price ranges are adjusted modestly–flux prices are unchanged.
- Midwest wholesale barges are steady, rail prices eased lower this week.
- Some Midwest selling ranges go lower, as some suppliers reduce prices during the week.
- Gulf Coast retail assessments were mostly steady.
- Gulf Coast area barge asphalt range widened, easing lower. Flux range was flat.
- Rockies wholesale and retail prices were steady this week. Racks are mostly quiet.
- West Coast prices mostly hold steady. Alaska remains quiet and Hawaii is steady.
- Western Canada retail markets mostly unchanged, British Columbia ranges adjusted.
- Wholesale asphalt prices were steady for February product in Western Canada.
- Quebec asphalt selling prices were steady and dormant for the winter season.
- Ontario asphalt posted and selling prices are flat.
- March WTI crude prices rise again, to $52.78 a bbl—up $1.09 a bbl this week.
- March Western Can. Select (WCS) crude is $13.35 under WTI—or over $39 FOB Alberta.
- March Brent crude jumped another $3.72, to $61.52 a bbl—almost $9 over WTI.
