- Wholesale asphalt pricing on the East Coast moved higher, with flux barge pricing unchanged.
- Midwest wholesale prices for asphalt are assessed flat for barges and slightly wider range for rail supply. Flux prices are assessed mostly steady, but some price reductions are noted in Oklahoma.
- Midwest rack selling ranges were mostly steady, with a few exceptions. Racks had little activity.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux price ranges were lower in some areas this week, with others steady.
- Wholesale asphalt and flux barge pricing on the Gulf Coast held steady again this week.
- Rocky Mountain rack selling prices were static in most areas, but a few ranges are adjusted lower.
- Rockies wholesale asphalt prices remained within previous week ranges for January supply.
- In the West Coast region, there were lower prices in both Pacific Northwest and California locations.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets were unchanged this week.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets were steady for the beginning of the year.
- Oil prices dropped significantly for all the benchmark grades this week.
