- Gulf Coast asphalt and flux retail price assessments notably lower in some areas, with others steady.
- Asphalt barge and flux barge prices declined again on the Gulf Coast, with assessments lower too.
- Rocky Mountain rack selling prices declined in many areas.
- Rockies wholesale asphalt prices were steady. A potential rail strike looms over market activity.
- In Pacific Northwest eastern Washington locations had lower price ranges. In California, northern California and Los Angeles markets were lower, while Bakersfield markets moved up.
- In western Canada, retail markets were steady. Wholesale market prices were down this week.
- In eastern Canada, Quebec markets had lower prices this week. Ontario markets were flat.
- Oil prices were up for all benchmark grades this week, on signals of China easing zero-Covid policy.
