- East Coast asphalt barge assessments are down, with flux barge pricing also declining.
- Midwest wholesale prices fell sharply, as deals were reported at much lower levels for barges and rail supply. Low Mississippi River system water levels continue to disrupt barge traffic.
- Rack selling price assessments headed lower in most Midwest market locations.
- Gulf Coast asphalt and flux retail price assessments lower in most markets this week.
- Asphalt barge and flux barge prices decline on the Gulf Coast, with assessments down.
- Rocky Mountain rack selling prices slipped lower in most areas of the region.
- Rockies wholesale asphalt prices fell sharply this week.
- In West Coast, Pacific Northwest locations were flat. California markets had lower prices. Roofing flux prices were lower in both Pacific Northwest and California locations.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale market prices were down this week.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario market prices were lower versus the previous week.
- Oil prices were mixed this week. Brent and WTI crude moved higher, while WCS crude moved down.
