- Most East Coast retail asphalt prices are mostly flat, with isolated declines, flux pricing is steady.
- East Coast asphalt barge assessments are softer, in narrower bands, with flux barge prices are flat.
- Midwest wholesale prices were reported across a much wider range for both barges and rail supply, with flux steady. Barges on the Mississippi system are being light-loaded, due to low water levels.
- Rack selling prices slid lower in some areas on discounting, with most locations unchanged.
- Gulf Coast asphalt and flux retail price assessments mostly unchanged with some lower prices also.
- Asphalt barge and flux barge prices are steadfast on the Gulf Coast.
- Rocky Mountain racks noted lower prices in Idaho, with other areas mostly steady.
- Rockies wholesale asphalt prices were unchanged, with November prices likely reported soon.
- In West Coast, some Pacific Northwest and California markets had lower prices. Alaska markets were also down. Hawaii markets were flat.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale market prices were steady this week.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario market prices were static.
- Oil prices went up this week for all benchmark grades.
- Par Pacific has agreed to purchase ExxonMobil’s Billings Montana refinery. (See Industry News)
