- East Coast asphalt barge pricing eased for the week, with flux barge prices steady.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt barge and rail prices go lower this week. Flux is steady.
- Midwest rack selling prices mostly unchanged, except for a few locations. Heavy rain and flooding struck areas including Missouri and Kentucky with deaths and severe damage noted in Kentucky.
- Gulf Coast asphalt and flux retail prices are assessed unchanged again for the week.
- Asphalt barge price assessments eased, with flux barges status quo on the Gulf Coast.
- Rocky Mountain rack selling prices were mostly steady this last week of July.
- Rockies wholesale asphalt prices slip modestly lower this week.
- West Coast markets were static for both Pacific Northwest and California locations this week.
- In western Canada, retail markets were flat. Wholesale asphalt prices were in a lower price range.
- Quebec markets had lower posted price range. Ontario markets were status quo this week.
- Oil prices were up this this week for all benchmark grades. WTI-Brent spread was narrowed.
