- East Coast asphalt and flux barge pricing held at previous levels, with limited activity noted.
- Wholesale asphalt/flux markets were active in the Midwest, with prices within current ranges.
- Midwest rack selling prices were mostly steady, with only a few modest range adjustments.
- Gulf Coast asphalt and flux retail pricing is unchanged across the region this week.
- Asphalt and flux barge price assessments are status quo again on the Gulf Coast.
- Rocky Mountain rack selling assessments were mostly flat, with only one change this week.
- Rockies wholesale prices were unchanged this week. Supply remains available but is limited.
- Both Pacific Northwest and California roofing markets had higher prices. Base grade asphalt prices were flat for both regions.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale asphalt markets were steady for the week.
- Quebec markets had wider posted price ranges this week. Ontario markets were flat for the week.
- Oil prices declined again this week for all benchmark grades by $3-4 a barrel.
