- Asphalt retail pricing on the Gulf Coast is up in many areas, with flux racks steady.
- Gulf Coast asphalt barge and flux price assessments rose sharply again this week.
- Rocky Mountain selling ranges rose in most markets, as suppliers increased prices.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale prices were steady this week, after rising for March supply.
- West Coast markets had higher prices in both Pacific Northwest and in California.
- Western Canada had no reported retail price changes. Wholesale prices were also flat.
- In eastern Canada, Quebec had higher posted prices. Ontario markets were steady.
- Oil prices declined notably more than $5 per barrel this week for all benchmark grades.
