- Midwest retail prices had some posted price increases. Selling ranges adjusted in spots.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux price assessments increased in most areas.
- The Gulf Coast asphalt barge pricing moved lower, while flux barge prices were flat.
- Rocky Mountain activity slows, with selling prices mostly steady.
- Rockies wholesale prices go somewhat lower for December supply.
