- Midwest retail prices hold mostly steady, with few changes. Rack activity is slowing.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt price assessments are flat, with flux firming in some areas.
- The Gulf Coast asphalt and flux barge pricing held steady, with assessments steadfast.
- Rocky Mountain paving activity is slowing in areas. Prices are mostly steady this week.
- Rockies wholesale prices were steady, after rising for the start of November.
- In West Coast, both Pacific Northwest and California markets were flat for base grade asphalt. Meanwhile, roofing flux prices were up in both locations this week.
- In western Canada, both retail markets and wholesale markets were flat.

- Oil prices were down modestly for all benchmark crudes on crude inventory builds.
