- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux market pricing were unchanged for this week.
- The Gulf Coast asphalt barge assessment narrowed, with flux barge pricing status quo.
- Rocky Mountain paving activity is slowing in areas due to wet weather. Prices were flat.
- Rockies wholesale prices steady for October supply. November is to be negotiated.
- In West Coast, some Pacific Northwest locations had higher pricing. California markets were flat this week. Alaska markets had higher price assessments.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets were steady this week.
