- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices were mostly unchanged, with flux markets status quo.
- The Gulf Coast asphalt barge prices firmed notably, while flux barge prices were stable.
- Some Rocky Mountain rack activity stalls due to heavy snowfall. Prices hold steady.
- Rockies wholesale prices hold at previously reported levels for October
- In West Coast, both Pacific Northwest and California locations had higher pricing.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets were static this week.
- Eastern Canada markets had lower price levels for both Quebec and Ontario locations.
- Oil prices were firmed again for all benchmark grades, by $2-3 a barrel.
