- East Coast asphalt wholesale pricing increased this week, with flux barge pricing stable.
- Midwest wholesale barge markets for asphalt were active at significantly higher prices. Rail prices firmed, but lagged barge price levels, with flux prices steady for June supply.
- Midwest rack selling prices were stable, with paving activity strong.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt pricing was flat, but many flux retail ranges firmed this week.
- Asphalt barge prices on the Gulf Coast assessed higher, with flux barge prices static.
- Rocky Mountain rack selling price assessments were mostly steady on good demand.
- Rockies wholesale prices were unchanged this week for June supply.
- In Pacific Northwest, Portland asphalt markets rose this week. Other Pacific Northwest areas were flat. California markets were also unchanged versus the previous week.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale asphalt prices were stable.
- Eastern Canada markets were static for both Quebec and Ontario this week.
- Oil prices rose this week for all benchmark crudes, but by less than a dollar per barrel.
