• Retail asphalt and flux pricing on the East Coast firm in most locations this week.
• East Coast asphalt and roofing flux wholesale pricing increased to begin February.
• Midwest asphalt markets adjust to posted/reference price hikes for February, with selling range assessments firmer in many areas.
• Midwest wholesale asphalt prices mostly steady this week. Flux prices reported higher.
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices are assessed up in most locations for the week.
• Wholesale asphalt and flux prices firmed again this week on the Gulf Coast.
• Some Rocky Mountain asphalt markets assessed higher this week.
• Rockies wholesale markets are adjusted to a slightly narrower band.
• West Coast markets were mostly in higher price levels this week.
• Western Canada retail markets were flat, except for higher posted prices in Manitoba locations. Alberta wholesale prices also moved in a higher price level this week.
• Both Quebec and Ontario markets were in higher ranges versus the previous week.
• Oil prices were up notably for all benchmark grades, on OPEC+ production cuts.
