- Rockies retail prices are assessed lower in a number of locations—little current rack activity.
- West Coast prices slid lower in most retail markets. Alaska is quiet and Hawaii is steady.
- Western Canada retail markets are unchanged remaining in the winter duldrums.
- Wholesale asphalt prices go lower in February for Western Canada refiners.
- Quebec asphalt selling prices are unchanged for this week, dormant for the winter.
- Ontario asphalt posed and selling prices remain status quo, with no price changes.
- March WTI crude prices rise to $51.69 a bbl—up $3.45 a bbl this week.
- March Western Can. Select (WCS) crude is $13.45 under WTI—rising to ~$38 FOB Alberta.
- March Brent crude jumped $4.81, to $57.80 a bbl this week. It is more than $6 over WTI.
