” Asphalt and flux retail prices were unchanged in East Coast markets this week.
” East Coast barge and flux wholesale prices were status quo.
” Midwest retail asphalt markets and flux prices were mostly quiet and mostly steady.
” Midwest wholesale asphalt markets were active, with prices assessed higher for December. Flux markets were steady.
” Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux markets were mostly steady.
” Wholesale asphalt prices firmed modestly on the Gulf Coast. Flux was unchanged.
” Retail prices in the Rockies slipped in Idaho this week but were steady elsewhere.
” Rockies wholesale prices climbed higher for December supply.
” In Pacific Northwest, eastern Washington markets went lower this week, other areas remained unchanged. California markets were mostly status quo for this week.
” Western Canada retail prices were flat, but wholesale prices were higher this week.
” Eastern Canada markets were steady for both Quebec and Ontario markets this week.
” Oil prices were mixed this week. WTI & Brent crudes rose a bit, but WCS oil declined.
