” East Coast asphalt retail pricing slips in some areas, with flux pricing stable this week.
” Asphalt and flux barge pricing on the East Coast is modestly lower for the week.
” Midwest retail markets had generally steady prices. Demand is mostly winding down.
” Midwest wholesale markets were active, with prices for barges and rail noted in narrower ranges this week for November supply. Flux prices were also noted in narrower ranges.
” Gulf Coast asphalt and flux retail pricing is flat across the region.
” The asphalt and flux barge price assessments on the Gulf Coast slip modestly.
” Rockies retail asphalt prices were mostly flat, with some weakness noted in Idaho.
” Rocky Mountain wholesale prices firm modestly for November supply, versus lower October levels.
” In Pacific Northwest asphalt prices were in a lower range this week for Washington and Oregon markets. California markets were static this week.
” Western Canada retail markets were flat, but wholesale prices were up this week.
” Eastern Canada markets were steady for both Ontario and Quebec locations.
” Crude prices increased this week for all benchmark grades, due to oil production cuts.
