- Asphalt and flux barge prices are lower on the East Coast.
- Midwest retail asphalt price assessments slip again in some market locations. Flux markets decline for the start of April.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt markets go lower for barges and rail activity. Flux markets decline for April supply. Many refineries reported to reduce crude runs.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux pricing is lower in most areas to begin April.
- Barge prices on the Gulf Coast for asphalt and flux declined for the week.
- Rocky Mountain retail prices ease lower in some locations. Steady in others on little activity.
- Rockies wholesale price ranges go lower for April supply, as competition grows for outlets. Many refineries cut crude runs to contain light transportation fuel inventory.
- West Coast markets slip in some Pacific Northwest and California areas. Flux is lower.
- In western Canada, posted retail prices in most areas were reportedly lower. Alberta wholesale prices were also in lower levels for the start of April.
- Most Provinces in eastern Canada shut-down roadwork, due to COVID-19. Asphalt prices remain unchanged in both Quebec and Ontario markets.
- Oil prices increased this week with signals of possible production cuts by OPEC and Russia.
