- East Coast rack activity remains sluggish, with all retail pricing unchanged this week.
- Asphalt barge prices moved sharply lower on the East Coast, with flux barges flat.
- Midwest retail asphalt prices remain generally steady. Activity is limited, but some terminals are reopening early for the upcoming paving season. Midwest flux prices were steady too.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt markets had little new reported sales activity, as participants ponder moves, given the drop in oil prices. Selling ranges were steady for asphalt and flux.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices remain steady for this week.
- Barge prices on the Gulf Coast for asphalt fall sharply, with flux price levels status quo.
- Rocky Mountain retail prices were generally steady, as were wholesale prices.
- West Coast markets were mostly flat, awaiting further reported developments.
- Western Canada retail and wholesale prices were status quo this week.
- Asphalt prices were stable in both Quebec and Ontario markets.
- Oil prices collapsed this week, due to COVID-19 virus pandemic and production cut agreement failure between Russia and Saudi Arabia.
