- Racks are mostly quiet in East Coast markets. A few locations had modest price increases.
- East Coast flux prices were unchanged.
- East Coast asphalt barge prices move sharply higher this week on reported sales.
- Midwest retail selling prices were mostly unchanged, with activity scant.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt prices rose for a second week as higher prices were noted for barges and rail. Roofing flux was mostly steady.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices held flat. Flux was generally steady too.
- Gulf Coast asphalt barge prices reported in a broad and higher range. Flux was steady.
- Some Rocky Mountain retail markets are modestly adjusted. Activity was very limited.
- Wholesale prices ranged more broadly in the Rocky Mountain region for January supply.
- West Coast retail asphalt and flux price ranges were mostly unchanged.
- In western Canada, retail and wholesale base grade asphalt prices were flat.
- Eastern Canada markets were status quo for both Montreal and Toronto this week.
- Oil prices decreased this week for all benchmark crude grades, by more than $3 a barrel.
