• East Coast retail asphalt prices mostly steady, with flux prices unchanged for the week.
• Asphalt barge prices jumped higher, with flux barge prices steady on the East Coast.
• The frigid Midwest had most retail prices steady–some increases and decreases also noted.
• Midwest wholesale asphalt markets rose once again this week. Flux was mixed, with lower prices noted by some.  Refinery problems and maintenance were reported for some plants.   
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices remain steady for the week.
• Asphalt barge market prices increased on the Gulf Coast, with flux barge markets flat.
• The Rocky Mountain region had extremely cold weather. Selling ranges declined in a few spots.  February wholesale asphalt prices rose modestly from January levels.    
• West Coast asphalt and flux prices were steady this week.        
• Western Canada markets remain listless this week. Alberta wholesale prices are steady.
• Eastern Canada retail selling prices are status quo this week.
• Crude oil prices increased slightly this week for all the benchmark grades of crude oils.
