- Rocky Mountain area selling ranges head down in many locations, with demand diminishing.
- December wholesale prices fell in the Rockies. Supply exceeds current demand.
- West Coast markets slipped lower in many areas. Hawaii was steady and Alaska was quiet.
- Western Canada asphalt prices are status quo. Alberta wholesale prices fell for December.
- Selling prices are unchanged in E. Canada. Some Quebec suppliers ceased posted prices.
- Crude prices went up this week for all benchmark grades of crude oils. WCS prices moved higher sharply.
