• East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices steady for the week in most areas.
• Barge prices for asphalt and flux are unmoved on the East Coast.
• Midwest retail markets are mostly firmer, but racks are limited by cold and wet conditions.
• Midwest roofing flux prices are mostly steady, but some ranges are adjusted.
• Midwest wholesale prices adjusted for barges, but steady for rail supply.
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux retail pricing were flat for the week.
• The Gulf Coast wholesale asphalt range firmed this week, with flux barge pricing steady.
• Rockies retail markets were mostly unchanged, with wholesale prices flat for April material.
• West Coast asphalt markets were generally steady this week.
• Selling & posted price ranges are stagnant this week in western Canada. Wholesale is flat.
• Selling prices in eastern Canada rose again this week. Posted prices remain steady in Quebec, but in a narrower range in Ontario.  MTQ held its first tender of the season.
• Crude oil prices go substantially higher this week for all benchmark grades.
