- Barge prices for asphalt and flux are holding at last week’s levels on the East Coast.
- Midwest retail markets firm in a few southern locations, but steady elsewhere. Cold weather stifles work in many areas. Flux prices were steady for this last week of March.
- Midwest wholesale prices were mixed, with some lower barges and higher rail prices noted.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices firm in some areas, with flux retail pricing status quo.
- Gulf Coast wholesale asphalt and flux barge prices are firmer this week, in narrower bands.
- Rockies retail markets were static. Paving activity will likely grow soon.
- Rockies wholesale prices were unchanged for March, with April prices noted next week.
- No changes were reported for West Coast asphalt markets this week.
- Selling price assessments and posted prices are status quo in western Canada.
- Asphalt retail prices are flat in Ontario. Both selling and posted prices increased in Montreal.
- Crude oil prices slipped for light, sweet grades–heavy Canadian grades firmed modestly
