- East Coast retail asphalt prices increase in most locations, with flux pricing steady.
- Wholesale prices for asphalt assessed higher on East Coast, with flux bands flat.
- More Midwest suppliers raise posted/quoted prices. Selling ranges firm in many locations.
- Higher wholesale prices for March supply. Demand is strong.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices firm in several areas, with flux pricing unchanged.
- Wholesale asphalt and flux price ranges unmoved on the Gulf Coast.
- Rockies wholesale prices up for March supply–retail selling ranges also rise in some areas.
- West Coast selling prices assessed higher in Pacific Northwest and parts of California.
- Western Canada participants reported no selling price changes– wholesale prices firm.
- Asphalt retail prices are flat in Montreal. Ontario selling prices increased from last week.
- In contrast to asphalt, crude oil falls hard this week, with April WTI closing at $48.39/bbl, down $4.94/bbl.
- April Western. Canadian Select crude (WCS) falls $6 this week, to $34 FOB Alberta.
- May Brent crude drops, to $51.37/bbl this week. That is off $4.53, versus last week.
