- East Coast wholesale asphalt price ranges decline, with flux pricing unchanged.
- Midwest markets were steady for retail. Demand is slowing for paving uses.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt/flux prices are unchanged this last week of October.
- Gulf Coast retail markets are mostly unchanged, with some price declines – flux is steady.
- Gulf Coast wholesale asphalt prices firm again this week, with wholesale flux unchanged.
- Rockies wholesale prices held steady for October, but expect less supply in November.
- Retail markets are flat in the Rocky Mountain region for this last week of October.
- West Coast selling price were static, but lower prices noted for Hawaii.
- Asphalt selling/posted prices are flat across western Canada. Alberta wholesale is steady.
- Montreal selling prices are in a wider range, with posted prices unchanged. MTQ held a tender. Toronto retail prices are steadfast.
- Crude oil prices fall sharply this week. December WTI closed at $48.70 a bbl, down $2.15.
- December Brent crude drops to $49.71, off $2.07 a barrel, versus last Friday.
- December Western Canadian Select oil (WCS) declines $2, to just over $34 FOB Alberta.
