- East Coast retail asphalt and flux pricing moved lower in many areas for September.
- Wholesale East Coast asphalt and flux prices slipped in several areas.
- Midwest retail asphalt and flux prices declined in some areas this week.
- Wholesale price assessments were mixed, but mostly lower in the Midwest region.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt pricing steady, with flux prices easing in many areas.
- Wholesale prices for flux and asphalt on the Gulf Coast were softer this week.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale prices headed lower for September, with supply available.
- Retail prices were steady in most areas of the Rocky Mountain region.
- West Coast asphalt markets are mostly steady, but reductions are noted for northern California. Hawaii assessed in a broader range, with Alaska unchanged.
- Asphalt selling and posted prices remain steadfast across western Canada.
- Selling and posted prices slipped in Quebec. Selling/posted prices are steady in Ontario.
- Oil prices declined sharply this week, despite a Friday rebound. October WTI ended at $44.20 a bbl, down $3.09.
- November Brent crude fell to $46.83 a bbl, down about $3 for the week..
- October Western Canadian Select oil (WCS) closed down $3, to $30 FOB Alberta.
