- East Coast retail asphalt prices softened slightly in a several locations, and flat elsewhere.
- Wholesale East Coast asphalt FOB prices eased, with other wholesale pricing steady.
- Midwest retail asphalt and flux prices remain flat for remaining August material.
- Wholesale price assessments ease in the Midwest, with ample supply noted.
- Gulf Coast retail and wholesale prices for flux and asphalt were unchanged this week.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale prices are assessed slightly lower. Supply is readily available.
- Retail prices are unchanged in the Rocky Mountain region. Demand is brisk
- West Coast asphalt markets are status quo this week. Hawaii and Alaska is also flat.
- Asphalt selling and posted prices are steadfast in western Canada.
- Some selling and posted prices slipped in Quebec. Selling/posted prices are flat in Ontario.
- Oil prices headed lower this week, as October WTI ended at $47.29 a bbl.
- October Brent crude ended at $49.92 a bbl, down $0.96 a bbl.
- October Western Canadian Select oil (WCS) ended under $33 FOB Alberta.
