- East Coast retail asphalt prices weaker in some locations, with flux prices unchanged.
- Wholesale asphalt and flux prices on the East Coast are status quo this week.
- A few Midwest retail markets slipped lower, but most were unchanged.
- A snowstorm halted activity in the upper Midwest in the latter part of the week.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt prices firmed a bit this week. Flux was steady for March supply.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices slip in Tennessee, with flux pricing flat in the region.
- Asphalt and flux barge prices unchanged for the week on the Gulf Coast.
- Rockies retail prices were flat in most areas, with some higher bids noted in selective areas.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale prices mostly steady for March.
- West Coast asphalt markets slip in parts of the Pacific Northwest. California is unchanged.
- No selling/posted price changes were reported in Canada. Alberta wholesale flat for March.
- Crude oil fell below $40—with May WTI closing at $39.46 a bbl, down $1.68 vs. last week.
- May Brent crude ended at $40.44 a bbl, down $0.76. .
- May WCS dropped, to below $27 a bbl FOB Alberta, ($13 below May WTI).
